Well I've got some good news; I slept properly at night for the first time for ages, and I felt so good this morning that I actually got a few things done.

And, for some unknown reason, I now have wifi in the Afternoon Room!


I ought to be able to get the photocopier/fax in the Study to scan as well, but as the machine in there is 10.04 it won't recognise my scanner.

I've got wifi in the Afternoon Room! Yay! This is excellent news. Perhaps something changed when they fixed my netbook, who knows.

I am wondering whether I can Skype on the Ideapad. It's probably too slow. I can always try... maybe I should decamp to the Afternoon Room in the Summer. Maybe I can put my amp in the Afternoon Room. OR... it might have to go in Beit Chesed.

Breathtakingly &^%*^*(&( notice at Peet's. Their mods - I think someone chose them very badly, in certain cases. I am sickened by what I read on that site from the mods there, sickened.

Very funny tale recounted by a DJ on Five FM about the trials of dealing with the Municipality. It was as bad in the old days dude. I wish you could SMS into Five like you can at Barry's House of Heretics. I'd tell them it was as bad in the old days.

Still sad about Robin Williams. Poor guy. The thing is, I know how he felt. I've been close to suicide several times, and were it not for Jesus, I don't think I'd be here today writing this.

Twaange is due on 9th September. I don't know how they can get it so accurately but they appear to be able to. She will be a sister for Latsho. I am Uncle Wilfie when I go round to my friends' house. I should go round there more often, as I like it there. Next time I'll buy meat and take it to them.

So I had a busy and productive day.
