Entry: Destiny. (That which we cannot alter) - A3827829
Author: Ronbloggs - U1258998
This is, again, autobiographical. The writer faced a partial gastrectomy for duodenal ulcers. Rare at so young an age.
This was the scene from the gable-end of a ward at the David Lewis Northern Hospital, Leeds Street, Liverpool 3, in 1957. That scene is permanently etched on the patient's mind. It has been composed today after lurking there all this time. This may be because, on 26th of February, my 90 year old mother died.
We committed her soul to God on 9th of March.
Please do not let this influence your judgement of the piece. Be entirely objective and please criticise freely.

Are you sure you submitted this to where you wanted? Me thinks you might have wanted the <./>Alternative-Writing</.>?

You know, Kat, I think you might be right! I did have second thoughts that perhaps it's in the wrong section. Is there an easy way to get it there with my introduction intact? (AWW I mean).
Thanks for the tip.
Ron

Well...there's always the good old copy and paste buttons Take this out of CW first, on your edit page make sure that the box labeled "not for review" isn't checked, then copy the intro text and then submit it to the AWW.

There's no need for copy and paste.
Click on this link Writing-Collaborative, where you should see your entry in the list at the bottom. It'll have an 'x' or the word 'Remove' next to it. Clicking on that will take this entry out of the CWW. After a while - it may be a couple of hours because the website's database has to update itself - the 'Submit' button will re-appear in the entry data box and you can then submit it to the Alternative Writing Workshop

Well yes but that won't transfer the introduction words to the thread which is what he asked!

I tried that Kat, and I bu**ered that up too!
It only pasted the outline of the introduction screen!
I'll have to get some new fingers.

*rolls eyes and grins*
Well turf this out of CW and we'll shove it into AWW complete with the introduction

You'll wait a long time Kat, It'll take me ages to get that right.
I'll have to think my way through all these pieces of advice.
But thanks to one and all!
Ron What a bloody idiot I am!
