The only thing I would do is make your math formula for the surface area a bit clearer and maybe make the last couple of sentences more readable... for instance...
"Some people were seen leaving by the exit they wanted to, but not by reliable witnesses"
How about "Some people were seen leaving by thier intended exit, but it was not viewed by reliable witnesses."?

It's very good, especially for a second language
One typo I noticed, however, where it talks about parking spaces, and how they're rarer than literate rock singers (heh heh)...you have literate spelled wrong...
Otherwise it's great.

I've read your bit Stan, and I think it's Great too. I went to Paris as a child and remember the confusion of the traffic. It vaguely resembles Trafalgar Square or Picadilly Circus in London, but with more lanes. Keep up the good work - tell us more about France.
