How about if world wide smilies were created? I'm talking smily in a sombrero for Mexico, Tea Drinking smily for Great Britain, etc... I agree it will take some time to think of smilies that will not offend anyone and promote stereotypes, but in the end it might worth it.

Yeah but you have to be very carefull about lumping ppl into groups like that
