What ho! Just bimbling past, having noted that you are currently directly above me in the "Who's Online" doohickey. So, got any tea? And how are you on this d___able Monday?
My Life

I'd never refuse a cup of to an electrically obsessed lunatic... er... good friend, such as yourself.
*pours and offers carrot *
Today I am... like the weather really. Highly changeable.
How is your good self? Petrified any patients recently? Feeling boring, old and windy? Or does that refer to something else?

I am, as ever, not doing enough work. Lovely bit of cake this. I am always somewhat BOF like, I remember being accused of middle age by a guy in his thirties when I was only twenty four. The cheek. Why I ought to have that young whippersnapper thrashed.
Anyroads, so you are like the weather are you, slightly chilly of breeze and threatening to rain? Don't suppose you could try being a bit sunny over Hampshire could you, might convince me to do some more work.
More tea vicar?

Which particular bit of Hampshire would you like me to be over? I thought it was a bit of Surrey anyway? I'll give it a go... Oh dear... I seem to be mooning at you instead.
*pours another couple of cups of and offers more carrot *
Never mind being a BOF... allegedly we don't grow up 'til we're 35 these days, so you have plenty of time left to be immature and rash.

I've always felt a bit red and itchy yes.
*Accepts another cup of tea and slice of cake, trying not to sound like Wurzel Gummidge while doing so* So Aunt Sally *cough* sorry Pegasus, I see I'm confusing you with my whereabouts. While I do indeed reside in the County of Surrey I work just over the fictional line in Hampshire. I must say the moon did give off a nice light there .
I wonder how they measure being growed up? If it by height I'll never get there.

Supposedly it has to do with having a 'career' rather than a 'job', mortgages, financial stability, and 'settling down'. Don't think I much like the sound of growing up myself.
Rather rash are you? Doesn't sound too good.
Glad you liked my I'm working on the but it may take a while.
*wonders whether she should offer more *
Nah, far too late in the day for that. How about an instead?

Ah, prevented form coming in her last night due to being an emergency hugging post, but I'll take that anyway.
Don't think I like the idea of being growed up either. Sadly it is something I'm thinking about, but hopefully something shiny will distract me
Still no sign of this of yours.

*does her best to be a shiny distracting * Really will have to campaign for that one. Need more shine in here.
The problem with growing up is that after that the next step is to get middle-aged, then before you know it you're old.

Ah but being old allows you to disreputable and, if your a bloke, lecherous. I can definately see the advantages You can also drink more, as you no longer have to worry about ruining your health, it having long gone.

Hmm... I've often wondered what the youthful equivalent of a 'dirty old man' is?
Why wait til you get old for those things anyway? Besides, I'd sooner not get old at all.
Hope your position as ging post had good effect then? Always room in the world for more

I'm contemplating hiring myself out as a hugging post, it was that succesful. Its a low maintenance job, no heavy lifting is required and, if I'm clever, I can fall asleep on the job without being noticed. Would probably need some sort of rod affair up my back if I was going to go that far though.
My Life
$u$ Posted Sep 11, 2001
Ooh... well if it works out, let me know. It's sounds the perfect kind of post for me.
Mind you... I guess it means being on call and available at all hours. Still... the rewards are high...
My Life
Munchkin Posted Sep 11, 2001
I am expecting a steady supply of and as recompense, which should make it worth while.
I'm not sure about being on call at all times, we'll have to see how that pans out
My Life
$u$ Posted Sep 11, 2001
If you're planning on a steady supply of and you'll definitely be needing that rod. Still... makes it sound even more enticing...
Must Catch you later... unless ging duties call again.

I was in need of a myself last night. So I was the huggee, rather than the hugger. I can see how it would be a position in demand.

I was very much in need of a myself.
Wonder what it would be listed in Yellow Pages under? I think I'll need to find out soon.
