The goldingham is on the outer fringes of Braintree and is characterised by Ford Escorts and Satalite dishes. It is also forum to random outbreaks of violence and people of dubious virtue. It is like a bad area of London, yet not i the same location.

Almost halfway between the Fairview and the Goldingham estates is Valley Road, a lovely stretch of dirt track, owned by the council, except when someone suggests giving it a new coat of Tarmac, when it magically becomes a "private" road!...
