h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

You haven't written any guide entries hstwrd. Is this because you've written them somewhere else or is it because you don't have enough time?

You're the first to ask. I just don't know what would be appropriate. I do write journal entries every week or so, so my friends can keep up with me, but can't think what I would have to say that would be interesting to those in the larger H2G2 community. How do you decide what to write for the guide?

I see, after looking at several of your guide entries, that you keep them short, sometimes extremely. I'll give it some thought.

That's because I haven't finished writing them yet
I intend to stay here for some time yet!
Haven't replied for a few days because:

The day before yesterday I saw the waves were crashing monumentously on a fantastic beach in the sun

Yesterday I counted 14 mushrooms and saw a pink church!

Have had small amounts of sun around here, but no beaches unfortunately.
How pink was the church?
Had a concert tonight with a pianist I have played for at other places. He always hates the piano, and sure enough, toward the end of yesterday's rehearsal, he started complaining that the notes wouldn't repeat. The piano always deteriorates as he plays on it. Don't know if that's because he plays with such force, or if it's just a manifestation of his attitude. Still, he played the stuffing out of SaintSaens 2nd concerto.

How pink can a pink church be?

Well, there's hot pink, peach and powder room pink, lilac,and rosey blush and Pepto Bismol pink. There are pink bricks and pink shingles, and pink vinyl siding...Did it have pink stained glass windows too?

I've only seen the church on the outside so far.
