I saw a documentary about this last night - "Jump Britain", that featured these guys. Amazing stuff.

Parkour is much, much fun. But remember to look before you leap, unlike me who leapt off of what I thought was an 8ft drop, to find it was cloesr to double that. Hence ligament dmamge and cruches for the next month
