Long awaited update

As it happens, I have no time inbetween calls. Or very little of it anyway - except if I'm on a daytime shift, or a Sunday or bank holiday. Funny how people tend to assume we're closed on those days.
But now and again I'll get five minutes, and the truth is I forgot about this account (nothing new there huh. Memory like a colander). I will update more often, I promise.
