Hi Tim, great to meet you in relative freedom.

Brewing is one of the finest things a man can turn his attention to.

It allows you to bore your friends with how you brewed it!!!!!!

We meet every Weds, if you want to come along, I've got a spare room.

We have to eat cheese and cake, and listen to live music too.

It's a struggle.

Ian

Hmmm, Interesting.....

So whereabouts in the world do you actually live - we are in East Staffs - not a million miles from Burton-On-Trent (perfect location for a beer monster).

I'm sure I could cope with the cheese and cake, though I do draw the line at banananananananana cake

I suppose I should get some wheat wine on the go as there is a bag of wheat burning a hole in my brewing box......

Hi Tim, Biggleswiggle Beds. Made famous by the "Mad Woman of Biggleswade" Monty Python sketch. I know her well having married her. Actually Heather is from Blackpool.

We like Weiss Beer, so get going!

I created what we called a student's brew the other day. It drinks fine and costed 68p a gallon, and needed minimal kit. I'll try and post a paper on it sometime.

I may well get more then a deeper understanding of God from our acquaintance!

Glad Sally spurred you into action, hmmmmm noty sure that sounds right. However I can see she's a wonderful woman form here.

I'm watching the cricket today, expecting England to win by an innings. Sad Lara hasn't performed very well thsi tour.

Ian
