If they are to go in the edited guide and they meet the writing guidelines (Factual, written in third person, etc) you submit it to the writing workshop and people make suggestions if they need making or say its ready for peer review if it is ready.

Although the Writing Workshop isn't exactly one of the most active areas of the Guide.

I don't know about that. I have two entries in there and I got pleanty of hints, you do have to leave it a bit I'll grant you.

Thanks guys. As this is my 1st entry I'm excited to see what its gonna be like after the editorial process.
I found writing workshop useful, this entry tripled in content thanks to the advice I got there.
