One of the many good concepts expounded in the guide is actually a common occuring thing if you so happen to work in an office, like I do.
I've missed several this morning and realised. The staffroom has a phone which I am only aware of when I'm not there and people wait at reception and I know this because when I don't hide quick enough people tell me about it. (now to see if this works here)

yeah I don't have children but my sister in law has plenty and they're tough and can be handed back

I don't have children myself but as I work from home I look after my sisters baby while she is at work
