Andrew's having his lunch at the moment, so I hope you don't mind if I answer. Andrew is our new categoriser and is going through the huge pile of stories on the Editorial Desk. We frequently find that users have posted questions that belong on the research desks so we move them to the relevant desk. For some reason when we do this it sometimes generates a message like this one (we are trying to make it stop!)

Andrew was simply moving Martin's posting A2652400 to the General Military Desk because it was sitting in the queue for the Editorial Desk and it is not the sort of article that we place in the archive categories. However, since this is not really a question as such and has already triggered discussions, I advised Andrew that he did not really need to do that and removed it from the desk. I assume that Martin intended this to go on his personal page in the About me section, but as it will be visible from his page it will serve the same purpose where it is.

Sorry for the long-winded answer - did it make any sense? (I think I need some lunch myself )
