Have you read all Douglas Adams books, or if you haven't Have you at least readll hall his Hitchhiker's guide books?

Mudvayne are a nu metal band. GOOD nu metal mind, not crapness like limp bizkit and papa roach and all that. I'm listening to Guns n Roses at the mo. They're cool.

I've read the first 2 books of his Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy. Started reading the 3rd one but then kinda drifted off it which is a shame really. Ah well..

Ah... thats a shame. the books can be a bit slow moving... I'll admit. But they are funny. Why not try reading it again? It's worth a try.

Any way... about the music? I have no Idea what your talking about... but it sound cool. I'm not very into music. actually I'm just getting into it for the first time. I'm into writing and filming. I saw this musci video that made me relize what you could do with music. Plus, alot of songs have wonderful concepts and poetry behind their lyrics. So I'm starting to become intrested in music. So your into 'metal bands'? Do you mean heavy metal by that? I can never understand what they say in thos songs. It's all screaming.... I think I need to get out more. I don't know anything about music.

Lol. I think some of the stuff i listen to could be classified as heavy metal, but most are other genres. Manson is industrial goth rock, Rammstein are industrial metal, cradle of filth are black metal, decapitated are death metal, system of a down, korn, disturbed, mudvayne are nu metal, slipknot i'm not sure, i think emo but can also be classified as nu metal, metallica are either old school metal or thrash metal. Nu metal stands for new urban metal, it basically follows the same patterns as rock and rarely has guitar solos. its pretty hard to describe the different genres of metal, you need to listen to them to really see what i'm talking about.
