h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Yeah, I've done a great job of communicating in the past few weeks... I'm currently being hampered by having to forward all the mail from my Uni email to a hotmail account, which I discovered today has junked everything I was sent in the past 2 weeks (except messages from my bro, and one feathersoul) so if you want me to see anything please send it again!

I made a little progress towards some other things I've been planning for a while - joined the local library, and even borrowed some non-fiction: a history of Ireland, and book on Celtic folklore and a Richard Dawkins book called something about rainbows, which will hopefully help to keep my brain alive... And of course the necessary sci-fi/fantasy - Greg Bear's Darwin's Children (sequel to Darwin's Radio - brilliant - read it!) plus a Terry Pratchett and an Anne McCaffrey novel which is an old favourite

I love libraries. They make me very happy I'm such a nerd!

Also I bought a football, so tomorrow I'm going to go for a run and a kick

I had a great time in Prague - it's an incredibly beautiful city, with so many old buildings fortunate to have survived both WW2 and may years behind the Iron Curtain. And it was great catching up with a good friend and lots of goss from home! Also I went shopping - it's much cheaper than london!
