h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Well, I´ve now been in Munich for 3 days, caught up with a friend from the contiki tour and slept lots, and have been happily itinerary planning for the next few weeks. Also eventually found a lost Terry at the airport and spent a nice evening wandering the historical centre of Munich.

Tomorrow we´re going to visit neuschwanstein castle (pretty pics here http://www.neuschwanstein-castle.com/), then heading down to Venice for a few days, and across to the Croatian coast. After that maybe up to Budapest, Bratislava and Krakow - details to be (as usual) made up along the way

Actually, it's not quite that bad - at least the Greens vote increased, and hopefully Rachel Siewert will get into the Senate.

Nonetheless, John Howard and his government are a waste of oxygen and a source of considerable embarrassment.

i'm glad you're having fun - any chance of you catching up with pete & co? I think they are exploring the croatian islands at the moment..
