Well I've now been here nearly 5 weeks, and I'm still really enjoying it The time has flown by since I've been working, and I've also managed to do lots of fun stuff, like going to see Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing and Romeo and Juliet at the restored Globe Theatre(very cool - so much better seeing it performed than studying it at school!), the San Francisco Ballet at Sadler's Wells (brilliant, absolutely fantastic, awesome choreography and dancers, minimalist but very well done sets and costumes), the musical Fame (energetic, fun), a dance/percussion show called Stomp (very cool), the Shaolin monks kung fu show (rather melodramatic storyline, but awesome martial arts). And between eating breakfast at the hostel and getting a feed at the pub when I work, it hasn't even been hideously expensive!
On Tuesday I'm flying down to Munich, and will catch up with my friend Mel from the Contiki tour before Terry arrives on the 7th We'll probably head south to Slovenia and maybe Croatia, then somehow make our way back to London by the 25th so I can go back to work. My shifts should allow plenty of time for seeing the sights of london, and probably day/weekend trips in the UK, or even to Paris
Love to all!
