Hello Rod,
Yes, I'd like to have a go, even though NONE of my writing has been edited; I've mostly received very positive feedback from people.....but, truthfully, I thought one is supposed to sort of get ground twixt the wheels of "professional" criticism before trying for an anthology. I'll just pick something, the worst can happen is it gets wrapped around some fish.

What to do is write a piece for the anthology, then put it up for review, then act upon the criticism you recieve. Thats what we're after.
