is it not better to be one of the friends in your place than try mixing the drink?

Thanks to all who have wished me a happy birthday. I still haven't 'mainlined' a Needle yet. My favourite cocktail happens to be the good ol' G&T. But does it qualify as a cocktail, seeing as how it's only got one alcoholic drink in it?
I spent most of the day in Nottingham eating, drinking and going to the pictures. Simple pleasures, but rare to have them all together.
