Dont know what anti-fergus is and can't find the 'Kent thread'. Hope it isn't anything rude because I am a frail old lady. Only joking. Margaret.

Sorry Fergus MacD is a GWer who is fond of bluntness and nitpicking to the point of rudeness. The 'Kent thread' can be found here http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/getwriting/F1662859?thread=447572&latest=1#bottom and relates to the BBC Kent writing competition http://www.bbc.co.uk/kent/your_space/words/shortstories/index.shtml He dropped some stern crit for a piece straight into the thread and was rightly hammered for it. Believe me, being the anti-fergus is a good thing. No matter how lousy I feel about a particular work, you always make me feel better about it. Thank you. You are a ray of sunshine in my otherwise overcast existence!

Thank you Weaver. I always try to be fair about other peoples work. There is nothing worse than someone down your throat telling you their views as though they are the only ones with any authority. We all struggle sometimes but it is the trying that matters. I shall now go and shine on someone elses work. Margaret.
