Hi! A quick heads-up before your space unexpectedly disappears

As the BBC does not allow advertising of any sort and this site in all its glory is owned by the BBC, we can't have advertising of any kind on site. Unfortunately your space definitely falls into the advertising category, and will eventually be sent up for moderation at which time you'll be asked to change it. While it's being edited it will be replaced with a page that says 'This page has been hidden because it contravenes the house rules in some way...'
You can click the 'Edit' button on your page to change the message that appears on your page before the current content is removed. This doesn't mean you can't share your vast knowledge of party supplies with us, it just means you can't do it in conjunction with your store-of-choice.

It's a rather unfortunate introduction, I know, but don't let it put you off; everyone finds it takes a while to get used to this place, and the BBC's rules.

You'll have to remove the link from both; as for whether the Entry constitutes an advert in any other way, Miloso mentioned on the Peer Review thread that any reference to a specific supplier would have to be removed. Once that's done I think it'll be okay; if it isn't the Scouts, who know about these things, can fill you in.

I think your entry will be fine once the link and reference to the retailer are removed. I've left other comments on your entry in the conversation for Peer Review; if we keep all the comments there they will be easier for you to find when you revise. Also that way everyone in Peer Review can make comments and help you get your entry in the Edited Guide
