h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Took The Boss to the hospital this morning, we didn't have to wait long before she was seen today She has a strap like glove fitted to her right hand now which we are told will help relieve the pain and her hand will be more flexible in about 6 weeks. then they are going to do the same to her left hand.. The steroid injections in her knee have helped considerably and she is walking much better
On the way back from Truro we stopped for lunch at The Kings Head Threemilestone which was good. The weather has held up and although it is raining now most of the day has been dry and we have had some sunshine. We stopped in Pz and I took my printer into the shop and the guy discovered a piece of a grape inside it he told me not to eat while I use the P.C.
I have printed off the first draft of my essay and realise there are a lot of mistakes. I must put it right tomorrow.
We bought jackets for the boys to go back to school only to discover that The Son's Wife had also bought jackets for them today. We take ours back Friday!
One of The Widows came in this afternoon so there was a bit of local gossip going on, apparently one of the neighbours saw a rat in her garden this morning and the council are sending someone round to sort things out.
