What a difference to yesterday. We both woke up without pain and feeling good
Went into town this morning did a little bit of shopping. Home to find The Y.G.S. upset because the remote control plane didn't work. Went to the next village for a cream tea and plant sale. A the v gave The Boss a big kiss which pleased her. Bought a load of plants had a clotted cream tea, which The Doc would go mad about if she knew it. Came home, went back to Pz and changed the plane for a remote control helicopter which was priced at forty pounds more but turned out to be on special offer and cost less than the plane we took back.

Came home and put in the new plants without a twinge of back pain.
All in all a good day. Lots of sunshine, we had our tea in the garden this afternoon and I cooked a chinese for supper. All good stuff
