h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I am not pleased, The Son phoned this morning to tell me what a wonderful day he had yesterday with his boys and two of his friends racing around the bay in the boat He promised to take me out this week and I thought he would put off going out until today so I could go. Any way today has been foggy so we couldn't go out but he should have waited to see. I have just re read that bit and it makes me sound like a sulky child, well thats what I feel like!!
We have had a scary thing happen here this week. there was a hit and run accident earlier on in the week and a young man was left dying in the road. It now turns out he was a bloke who had recently moved to the village and had started to try and deal drugs hanging around the school gates when the children came out. we now hear on the local grape vine that he was warned to stop or else.... it is a very strange coincidence.
The Boss and I went to Camborne to look at carpets, she wants new for the sitting roomDidn't see one she likes
We came back through Hayle and were surprised to see that the Penmare hotel was completely gone and houses were already going up on the site.
Came home to find The Son's Wife had been to the hairdresser and had her hair dyed blue!!
I wonder what the school will say about that when she goes back to work.
I am still fancying chocolate and vitual choc. doesn't do it for me!
