What sqn??? Are u on the winter course? Im at b sqn, just done the fan dance - overrated but still hard. Hows training going? Just wondering if u fancy sharing a few ideas with me, whats working for u? Im doing a lot of fartlek cycling, it helps loads with the uphills but im crap on the flats and downhills. What about food on the tabs, any advice coz im sick of energy gels!
