Anyway, hi Jen. Don't think for a moment that I'm offended you haven't commented on a single thing of mine lately. Because I'm not. Really. Water off a duck's back. No matter. Honestly, it's ok.
I see you're back in town and in form though, and probably a few hundred things to read and crit, so I'll leave you in peace. For now. I'll go then. No, I'll see myself out....something in my eye..it's nothing...

Awh.........Sweetie!!!! Come Back!!! I'm leaving the pleasure of devouring your complete works in the velvet twillight hours! That precious time only reserved for those of specialdom! You, my friend in that league of gentlemen!
I am so sorry. I have been neglectful of you, and a few wonderful others. Just can't seem to discipline my time and reading patterns. I have also made personal commitments to others to review etc. that I have yet to fullfil and feel so guilty that I have fallen so far behind. A little pressure...
If I spent less time giggling and wiggling around the threads, I would get so much more done. I haven't even had a chance to reply to comments made on my own stuff, which I am so grateful for. So nothing personal, dear soul.
Roy - FORGIVE ME! Jen is holding up a white hanky and asks what's the chances of a little light Jazz and a glass of as a peace offering? As they say, leave the best to last, Sir!

Oh, all right then. A little jazz and a glass or two... and I'm all yours. Can't stay late though - have work AGAIN tomorrow.

And what has work got to do with it, eh?
Me doing 10 & a half hours with my Large-Print Borrowers tomorrow! Oh, the thrill of it all!
Actually, hoping to retire earlish tonight, (2am), yet still have so much to catch up on. Am reading some of yours now, Sir!

Thanks Jen. A sterling effort beyond the call of duty. Now I must away to somewhere or other... adios!

Finito! Number one fan needs that little night coffee and a little bit more poetry before I'll slip into slumber! Rest well, Roy.
