Hi sketch,
Really lovely to have you pay a visit and thanks for the accolade! Right back at ye, Kid! Kinda needed a wee compliment this evening as had a rather weird w'end where I was told how shite I am etc... Will let the shenanigans wash over me and try not to take too much to tender heart. Know my limitations, weaknesses and strengths and will work on them. Nobody's perfect yet nobody likes to be hurt either. sometimes those closest to you can be the ones you hate the most.
Gawd, sorry for waffling on..... Just a little pissed off. Will get over it, though!
BTW, have read a few of your latest poems tonight and am impressed with the new maturity in your voice and the very real essence of it's outpouring. Do keep it up!
Thanks again, Sketch. Bit surprised on the really appreciated sentiment though.
Me more elastic than fantastic!

aye well there is a thin line between love and hate; therefore we hate those we love, and in many ways love those we hate- maybe it is all to do with energy, passion- probably...
thanx for what you said about my stuff... the maturity in my voice? huh? what do you mean, as in, HOW do you mean it, or indeed why! lol.
glad i could cheer you up. sometimes it is important to hear the bad things, other times people take it too far, let me know if you need more compliments, i'll line a few up ready! lol.

Ach Sketch, you're a wee dote! Forgot how fecked off I was for a spell last night! 'Tis true about families and those closest to us. Part of the life circle, eh? Thanks for the lovely words! No further compliments required, tá!
By maturity in your voice, I meant a stronger depth, your writing coming across as very real, articulate and with more than a punch of emotion. Reckon you are about twenty, (although age is really irrelevant to be honest), but from the last few poems you seem to have lived and experienced much more. Know what I mean? Ah well, doesn't really matter. I just noticed a change in your direction and skill from some of your earlier poems, and am duly impressed, 'tis all.
Keep them rolling...

i am only three quarters of your guess- though cannot say that just in case the site pick up on it- i want not to be thrown off! lol!
will you do me a favour and review "hell hath..." for me, it has no reviews, and whilst this does not matter in itself, i wanted to see what people thought of this for it's content more than most.
anyhow, from "wee dote" do i take it you are scottish? ahhh... the bliss of a kool accent- can't beat it huh!lol.

I'm 100% Irish!! 'Wee dote' a term of endearment very much so here too! I'm actually from the Republic though now reside in Northern Ireland. Been to Dundee once, if that helps! lol!
BTW, you certainly seem older than 20+7-10+3-5 (bet that you're doing some maths, eh?!!). Also, take THAT as a compliment!
Will check out your 'Hell Hath..' later. Promise. Gotta run and catch the local shop for a packet of fags, dog food, (for actual dog, not me!), milk and maybe SOME chocolate!
Will speak again soon, sweet Kid!

Hiya Sketch,
How you doing, kid? You just finished your GCSE's? Gawd, that brings back awful memories for me - the whole exam torture!
AND I have 3 brothers, (one a twin), plus 2 sisters. We're all geting together at the end of the month for a big family reunion, so that should be mad yet fun. Some good arguments will happen no doubt. Looking forward to it! lol!
Anyway, just thought I'd touch base & say a wee hello. Hope all's well & happy.
Be good, just don't get caught!

your right, you don't need to be good- just don't get caught! lol.
no i take my gcse's next year- i just had a module that's all. that yet to come, and discovered in french today that i have something like 70 hours left of french lessons before i sit the exam, which seems like loads until you realise it is just under 3 full days- or even 14 school days (As in with 5 periods of an hour long) which is all rather daunting! lol
family thing huh?! arghhhh! bliss- yea right! they don't really happy in my family... see if my dad goes then i don't go and neither does my aunty and her kids; and if we go he doesn't and neither does his wife- or my little bro for that matter.
see we have big fuedes in our lot, brought together briefly now as my nan dies... sux.
anyhow, thank you for your "wee hello" lol- and yea i am suprisingly happy... nothing at all to do with a guy i met at a concert- lol. no not at all. although he is causin me grief today i must add! lol.
yea, oh and skool ends on friday- can't wait!!! yepyep, then i can run up the phone bill somemore- damn BT for not putting broadband here! lol.
hope all is good and well in ireland!
