A Conversation for Coffee

It's Coffee, Jim, but not as we know it

There is no mention in your compelling article of coffee tea, which is made by brewing the leaves of the COFFEA ROBUSTA plant. Nor, to my dismay is there any mention whatsoever of how in Africa, Earth, they grind up the beans and mix them with animal fat to produce a solid form of coffee. Other than that, great article.

Other Coffee tips.
Sumatrin is liked by people who find regular coffe to acidic.
Arabic coffe is always drunk with the RIGHT hand. And it is rude to drink more than 6 cups of the stuff (tiny cups!). Arabic coffe is weak coffe flavored with cardamon and a little sugar.

Solid coffee is, as far as I know, only found in Africa. I am rescearching this, though. I will confirm availability asap.
