I wore a new top for my Italian, and bugger me I spilled sauce on it. Just the size of a pin head. Thank God for the Stain Devil !

I must be honest and tell you that the meal I prepared for my friend was all courtesy of Tesco ! Very lazy. But the potatoes and brie from their thingie range is very good, if not a little fattening.

Hope you feel a bit better, it's hard I know, you were on my mind yesterday. Why is it that whenever I use pasta sauce I always have a white or light coloured top on? You can guarantee it gets splashed almost everytime!

Yes, and I deliberately didn't have spag alla tomato and basil !

Off to badminton. Should be there 10ish. And a work colleague has e mailed to say let's go out for lunch. That's because I didn't go swimming with her.
Ah well, another 1lb.
I am feeling ok now. Just be glad when I hear and get things sorted.
