Stop worrying both of you. I have just posted over there and fully expect Howard to pounce on me but i really can't be bothered tonight. Had a lovely afternoon, kids came back early and because the weather was so foul we had a picnic on the living room floor. They were so tired after their weekend that they both fell asleep where they were and are now safely tucked up in bed. I am sorry to here your son is ill dr, hope everything works out OK. For now though let's ignore the other side and have a few on me

Hey tog I'm here. Talk.
My lad has just gone back to school and we are contemplating an early night after all the partying today. Pondboy has two new clients to see tomorrow, so he needs to be in good form and sleep off some of the days Scrumpy Jack!
Fears are so much worse at night, hold tight. I can only send as much love and positive energy as I can muster.
Thinking of you so much

Son has just phoned me from the ward..he's panicking that his Army Career is over..they have pumped some drugs into his stoamch for some reason thinking that it's a blood clott somewhere.which this afternoon they had discounted..apparently his Corparal and some of his mates have been to see him and left him money but still no phone call off the army admitting he is in hospital. He is in tears and fearing the worst, not least because he could make a career out of golf because he is that good dut if his arm is knackered..he will lose both the Army and golf and I fear for his recovery in the future.
God I'm scared..my problems are nout to wha he may well face in the future.

TogBoy is in the best place right now. They are going to find out what the problem is and they are going to fix it.
I wish I could come and be with Mr. and Mrs. Tog, right now... ...but I can't. I am here though, I am thinking of you and I am praying for the three of you. Am going to light a candle.

I realise that I can't really understand what you are going through but it is seriously important not to panic. It is appalling that a 17yr old lad is left in such a state, the army should be acting in loco parentis and keeping on top of what is going on. I'd give them hell tomorrow if I were you!
In the mean time you and Mrs Tog should be giving each other as much TLC as possible and thinking as positively as possible
I'm sorry but I really do have to go now, please keep us all posted and, well....just huge to you both.

Hallo Toggy,
I understand your son is in hospital, but I couldn't find the posting where you say what's happened.
I wish there was something I could say to help you, but if you are going to see him tomorrow, I'm sure he and you will feel much better. Things always seem much worse at night.
I am a firm believer that things happen for a reason, even if we don't see it at the time. I speak from personal experience, Toggy. Things will get better and even if your worst fears are true and there is something seriously wrong with his arm, he will find another way. You are there for him and together you will overcome.
Meantime, we are all thinking of you and sending you our combined love and support.
All the best. We are always here for you.
