Hi Denise, As promised - other site links that may be of interest to you and suitable to join after April. There are a few kicking about, some formed before the news that GW was folding, and one main one set up deliberately because of the news. I've provided the necessary links below: Fronted by Anneymouse and currently has 98 members from here and still growing. It is the unofficial 'GW' site and seems very active at the minute, I reckon that this will be the main site after GW's closure: http://groups.msn.com/GetWriting Other alternatives/additions are: Fronted by Mighty Joe/Joe Young from here, in existence since about 2003 and has 60 members, of which quite a few from GW: http://groups.msn.com/WriteSite/_homepage.msnw This is fronted by Spiderbaby and Joe, going since about end of 2003 with 143 members, also many from here: http://groups.msn.com/FreePoetry/home.msnw I am a member of all the above three although have so far participated very little as mainly spend my time in here. You might be amused to hear that, as maybe one of the idlest "writer when I get round to it"-s on the site, I'm close to getting myself painted into a corner by a friend of a friend who thinks I can, and hence should, write on some Huguenot romp he has in mind.

Strangely though, in the wee small hours, I've felt the odd spark.. But I'm sure I'll find an excuse.
