Postal Orders
I don't claim to be up to date on these details, but I don't suppose they will have changed to the benefit of the customer.
As you are doubtless aware, the orders need to be redeemed within six months otherwise there is a handling charge for processing them. It strikes me that this is more adventurous than the Guernsey effect: they charge you for keeping the interest on the money that they're holding.
Or is that record tokens?
