Trying to do online checkin in the office, where I have a printer, and then realised it needs my passport number, which I don't have with me. Ah, I'll do it tomorrow.

I still don't have a computer desk at home, so I'm typing this sitting on the floor. I bought one, second hand in a charity shop, for €25, and the lady in the shop offered to deliver it for me. Then her car broke down, so the desk is still in the shop and my computer is still on the carpet.

Sounds like getting a computer desk is turning into a major hassle...
How about you forget about a computer desk, leave the computer on the carpet, and dig a hole in the floor which you can put your chair into?
