The little table in my shower has been broken for some time, so I keep the shampoo &c. on top of the shower control unit. I dropped it this morning, bent down to pick it up, and smashed my head off the shelf support sticking out of the wall.
I now have a nice scar near the top of my forehead above my left eye, and only one and a half shelf supports in my shower.
Nice.

Ouch indeed! Don't do that!
The gravity must be set abnormally high in Ireland today.
I just slipped and fell at the back door of the mansion house, right on the gravel. (And I was wearing white trousers, too, so I alarmed some visitors who saw the bloodstain when I was going over to my flat to change...)

It's now ten past six, and I can still feel a slight bruising. Ah well. Could be worse.
How bad was the blood, Mala?

Not bad - just a scraped knee, really. But it always looks worse on white, and it smeared. Poor little girl.
