Hmmm... at first that seemed a good thing, but they seem to be busy moaning about grammatical errors and the fact that I don't own an extensive library of train books.

And you thought discussions here could be bad. This place is mostly very civilised compared to some corners of usenet!
I think of those that have commented, if all they can come up with is gramatical errors (or the fact you're obviously not as hard core as they are when it comes to railway history ) isn't bad, so don't worry too much about it.
