Hey, my posting to Kaz went awol, yesterday...
I agree Kaz, businesses seem to want your info and demand it at every retail store when you buy something which is annoying.
Did you know that if they wanted to they can sell your information on, unless they inform you that they don't?
How crappy is that..

Just a call from Danvers today, they are giving a 20% refund back on our card.
The lady who spoke to me was very pleasant and amicable and as a result of her reasonable nice friendly tones I felt a wee bit embarressed about moaning about the hotel.

Did she say anything would be done about the actual problems?

She said that they were going to look into it, and apologised for the inconvience, inconvenience (I hate spelling that word for some reason> I have to think to myself its in-con-venn...when I want to pronounce it incon-vein or vien..)
..anyway..she said that she was sending a copy of my letter to house-keeping. So I assume someone's ear got chewed on.

Yay MV. I thought you shoulda got a full refund, but at least you got something! And I see no need to be embarrassed about having made a fuss. They deserved every bit of it, I say.
