HURRAH.....its mah birfdah.....*sigh* Hmmmm.....33 years old....feeling rather decrepid...


Things I have learnt along the way to 33....

1. Pizza is nice with buffalo sauce.

2. Don't mix more than 3 alcofrolic drinks.

3. Never leave a three year old alone in a room full of easter eggs.

4. If your boss asks you if you are busy, look harrassed and busy.

5. Never wear white, and especially don't wear dark under whites, you never know when its going to rain AGAIN!

6. If you live in the U.K especially in Cambs, always take an umbrella even if it looks sunny and nice.

7. Never joke with customs officers, this is universal, they have no humour.

8. If you ever visit Amsterdam, for the tulips and windmills, *cough* take a responsible friend with you, that will get you to your flight on time..

9. Never take bus and train time tables at face value, this is also universal.

10. If you boil an egg, or bake a potato the tradional way, make sure you have a timer so you don't forget it, eggs blow up, and potatoes change physical properties after several days in an aga.

11. Try never to spill either milk or sugar in your car.

12. If a builder tells you that to repair house its going to take a week or so, estimate that as either 2-3 months.

13. Fish and chips is the best at a seaside resort.

14. Curry and kebabs are best served after 11pm on a Friday or Saturday night.

15. Never give a three year old chocolate, in a car seat.

16. Smile and the world smiles with you.

Whats buffalo sauce? Why especially do you need a umbrella in Cambridgeshire? Actually, your right it does always seem to rain here Oooo, here is my for you

Buffalo sauce was created in Buffalo, NY and well its yummah. I actually didn't like it at first but now I am addicted.

Traditionally you bake chicken wings or drumsticks in it, so they are nice and coated. Makes em spicy . Then you serve em up on a dish with blue cheese as a dip, and some celery sticks. I like it like that, but I also like to dip my pizza init - the sauce that is.

The sauce is made from cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic, habanero peppers, vinegar and other stuffs....I cheat and buy ready made Franks Buffalo sauce.

Awww Chloe....my lil boy had a girl friend at nursery called Chloe, he was sad when he had to leave there, the nursery shut down and then we left the UK anyway a short time later.

He was four at the time and he still remembers her (5 going on 50)...awwwwww....doesn't bode well really for when he's a teenager, have to toughen him up I think..

Yep...i think your gonna have to change his bedtime stories of Thomas the Tank Engine for.....the perils he will later suffer at the hands of us....ahem....ladies

You will have to tell him, we will rob him of his freedom, money, friends & cd collection


Then again, you don't want to give the poor lad nightmares
