smiley - laugh It was me thinking you were feeling bad about what I'd said. I've found that the more you use the site and people get to know you, the more people are interested in your comings and goings, so conversations grow round your journal entries.

Hmm I guess that'd be true (abt ppl getting more interested in my comings and going), somewhat like most other open source communities. Neways thanx for posting the Quaker link on your space (though I know it wasn't done for my benifit) because Swarthmore always mentions tons about how the Quaker's and the Society of Friends support it, and umm I had never knew what either were.

Zarquon's Singing Fish!

Ah, I know of Swarthmore from this end, although I've never been, so I don't know where it is. There are some nice places the Quakers have a hand in, like Charney Manor and Henwick Hall, which I have visited.

Swarth;s one of the colleges I have applied to, and well from the brochure its supposed to be located somewhere outside Philadelphia. I don't really know about Charney Manor or Henwick hall, though I guess they'd be somewhere in UK, and umm from what my father tells me most of your commonly visited places are pretty beautiful.

Charney Manor: http://www.charneymanor.demon.co.uk/

Can't find a link for Henwick Hall, although I believe they have a website. It's much grander than Charney Manor.

Thank God they didn't choose Westdale, it doesn't sound nearly as good as Swarth does, not enough oomph in the name.

Nice, explains why Swarthmore is an arbatoreum (the spelling may be wrong).
