So the weekend,saturday went up to around 3000 metres. Very nice walk very beautiful scenery. Stopped of en- route at a place called the half way cafe. Which had chocolate and everything. Even 3000 metres up there was stands selling food etc. About 200 metres from the top (The campsite) I hurt my leg quite badly and was struggling to walk, I managed to get up to the campsite (slowly) to rest it. After dropping back from the lead group, unusually there was still a few who were way behind me even though I was literally taking one rock at a time for the last 200 metres.

Then next day they others went up another 1000 metres to the snowline, I however had to sit it out because of my leg, which im kind of sorry about but I had a wonderful experience anyway.

The guides were all really nice, the food was good up there and I managed to get down yesterday in the lead group after resting in the morning. Got home to find that there was Pizza and Chips and Pepsi (A rarity where we are) waiting for us and me, rachel and harriet sat down and watched the 4th test of the ashes (Which was quite good) although we kind of wish the americans had hung about so we could have shown them what a propper cricket game looked like (Not that i'm a big fan of cricket but it was a good game)

Today was my first day alone at my placement, only had 3 kids, all under 3, one was a little more mischeivous than usual but they all did ok.

I return to delhi on thursday night arriving on friday, with everyone else. As most people know I fly back on Saturday, my flight leaves Delhi at 1:30 pm.

If I don't I look forward to seeing most of you

He most certainly has.. shame he hurt his leg though..
