Hey, Dawn Fan,

Just as well a few of us are still posting - if it weren't for you, me, Carlyle, HonestIago and a couple of others, we'd have to come on here armed with stakes just in case a few of the others rose from their graves... smiley - rofl

Hi. I'm really glad you're still here too.
Sorry it took me so long to reply. I don't check my personal message thingy very much.
I really wish that I'd joined the board when I first got a computer, which was two and a half years ago, cos then I would've been able to talk about the other seasons as well. Nobody posts much on the other seasons any more, and I haven't analyzed all those eps. There's probably no point now. I'd have to watch them all over again too, and I probably don't have enough time. Not to mention I have chunks of most of the seasons missing.
The only seasons that I have every single ep is season one and season seven.

I have seasons 1, 3, 5 (missing two or three eps due to bad recording on the DVD), 6, and 7 (though some are the cut versions).

I haven't seen several episodes of series 4, but have watched 2 all the way through once, so I'm almost complete, though I haven't seen Hush.

I can't even remember like half of season three. The first half. It's like I was abducted by aliens or something. Maybe I should go and check out the season three stuff. Last night's second episode was Never Leave Me, and Buffy made a reference to Amends, about the harbingers. Btw, do you say the g as in "binge", cos I didn't even realize that, or I forgot.

Yes to the g as in binge...

Watched Amends yesterday - really love that episode for lots of reasons, but it's too late to go into - will try again tomorrow when I've thought more about it... smiley - smiley

Thanks. I can't even remember if I taped that episode or not. I've got so many video tapes lying around, and I forgot to label them all.

OK, Amends.

First the bad: Angel's laughable Irish accent and naff combination of long hair (either too long and lank, or not long enough, not sure) and moustache.

The good: the softer side of Faith when she turns up at B's house, Joyce's laying on of the guilt trip on Buffy, and then getting incredibly coy about Giles (still embarassed ref the doings of Band Candy), and the bitchiness of Cordelia's Christmas holiday plans (this is pre her father losing all his money to the IRS).

The incredible: Willow trying to seduce Oz (it would be such a cliche if it were the other way round what with the firelight and Barry White! LOL), Giles inviting Angel into his house at the point of a crossbow, Angel deciding to do the right thing (and thank goodness he didn't get a chance), his arguement with Buffy on the clifftop (oh, the emotion), and finally the snow and everyone's reaction to it (amazement mostly, but nostalgia from Giles, and Xander's complete ignoring of it to begin with).

I cried... but ended up feeling better for it... one of my favourite episodes
