h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

So, I took a couple of weeks off work so that I coud relax and catch up on some things. Anyway, it took me a whole 5 minutes to 'catch up' and I'm soooooo relaxed I can't even sleep at night. I'm actually looking forward to going back to work.

Being this bored has given me the chance to watch some movies I've not seen yet and catch up on some of my favourite shows. My God, how extremely dyer is the state of Hollywood these days, all these so called blockbuster movies are utter rubbish and even the so called award winners leave alot to be desired.

As for the TV. Let's just say I'm watching re-runs and making good use of my DVD collection. What happened to original thought? Did it die along with good writing and great acting?

Anyway, I'm still bored, but this has releaved the boredom for about 2 minutes.

Serephina - I had 7 weeks at home when my back went. I even started watching eastenders, so that should give you an idea of how bored I was then.

Ang - I may be bored, but not that bored. I love children, just couldn't imagine having any. I only usually come on here when I'm at work... lol

Alex - Not really the theatre type, but that's probably because I haven't been in years.

I've beenstuck in witha severe chest infectionbordering pneumonnia since june itd better be gone before the h2 meet this month!

I've had chest infections before, they're not pretty and they usually end up putting me in hospital. Get better soon

Well, things weren't so bad tonight. As if the TV gods themselves were listening I was treated to a couple of good films tonight, first it was 'A Knights Tale', which has a modern twist on medieval jousting. A bit of a rags to riches story. Then there was one of my favourites 'Twister', not an Oscar winning film, but I love the tornado thing.
