I remember taking a holiday with my family we were traveling from Glasgow to Dublin on a packet steamer before the 60's outbreak of foot and mouth disease.we were all queueing up waiting to embark,1st class were ushered aboard followed by 2ND class next the cattle where guided aboard and last of all was our turn.
