Bonnie takes a fall

Not sure how she happen to fall but Bonnie was upstairs going to bed and she lost her footing. I heard the thump but thought it was the 
. Later I hear a yell and it sounds like Bonnie. I go upstairs and she is at the foot of the bed. I turn on the light. She tells me she fell. She asks where is she. I tell her. She can't get up. I call the for help and get her back up. No indication as to what tripped her up. She was fine after that. 21*6*06
