My Australian friend will sometimes say that she's "crapping on" (rambling). And the Crocodile Hunter says "crikey!" (possibly spelled wrong, but it's obviously some sort of exclamation of excitement). And how about someone being "dodgy" (untrustworthy)?

I believe this is the correct spelling of "crikey". And you're also right, it is an exclamation, though not necessarily of (positive) excitement; similar in usage to "struth" or "bloody hell".
"Dodgy" usually refers to somebody doing some work that's cheap and "shoddy" (is that slang too?). Normally refers to a tradesman or similar who has done a sub-standard job. See also "shonky".
