Well, top o' the mornin' to ya, boyz and gurlz! I'm in one of THOSE moods- y'know, the ones where you never know what kind of sillyness is going to erupt from the verbal pit, or what weird impressions will be forthcoming!

Unca Moe-Moe came down the last couple of nights, seems he's over being pissed off about that girlfriend he thought I was putting the make on- seems like he ought to know by now that if I was going to do something, it would be a bit more efficent than just hanging out with them...
Anywaze, he wants to get the publishing thing going again, and I scanned in some of his artwork. He has a very good use of color and composistion- his style reminds me of Timor's (a soviet-Georgian artist who has a style based on iconography, but with a startling layering of scenes and colors- almost a scratchboard-type thing) in it's use of colors and scratchboard-style- but his actual images are much more primitive than Timor's graceful iconisims...
I've also been playing Command and Conquor- Tiberian Sun. Excellent strategy game, and one of the reasons I have win98 installed on my box- I just don't have the power to run the games under NT. They all want to hang and not do anything! I guess it's worth having a DOS partition for- besides NT doesn't like my scanner, and I like to run slackware linux on the DOS partition too... Won't run on NTFS!
It's FRIDAY! It's FRIDAY! I get to GET OUT OF THE HOUSE! I get to GO TO ATLANTA and HANG OUT in the SQUARE! I get to PICK UP CHICKS and all kinds of COOL STUFF! Whoo-hoo!
I think I'll be able to get Unca Moe-Moe to give me a ride up to perform at Dwight's showcase, too. I'm thinking about getting a bass player and a drummer to do my musical stuff with- since my acoustic is still in the closet with a broken neck, and all I have to play is an electric right now. Just as well. I'll get Todd and maybe Mailman Bob or someone to do the drums for me...
