Actually, not. I'm trapped here in my padded-cell, as usual- but I DID get out this weekend! Saw some old friends, had some good feelings, and will probably start performing again and becoming more active (i.e. actually HAVING A LIFE) again.
Goat! But it's been so long since I've posted one of these I don't recall whether you have to enter the HTML in order to get such trifles as a paragraph break.
I've been involved in a trivia team, "The Nasty Dogs" and we actually made it to the finals, but due to my urging to bet a LOT of points in the final round, we ended up coming in 6th place, instead of 2nd, which we would have won (along with $250.00) had we gone with my partner's bid. Ah, well. So it goes. Yes, we were a team of 2 up against teams of up to 8 or more people! And we consistently rated in the top of the heap! *woof! woof! woof!*
I just saw the most wonderful episode of the X-Files- the one where the weatherman REALLY was the "weatherman"... Victoria Jackson played the role of the woman the guy was in love with, and it had such a sweet and happy ending! Has to be one of the best I've seen.
They've finally come up with a comedy over here which can match the outrageous, amoral, dysfunctional, and COMPLETELY HILARIOUS hijinks of "Married With Children" (RIP). "Son of the Beach"! Notch Johnson is the MAN, I tell ya! The MAN! It's insane! This get's da Baron's "MUST WATCH" for all you tee-vee fans. Unless you've got a huge pickle stuck up your butt, you'll love this show!
Anywaze, I'm still alive, and giving the feminazis hives! LOL! It does help to have a PURPOSE in life, doesn't it?
