Well we fell out over something stupid,and it all got out of hand ive know him 4 a very long time,and i didnt want nt 2 fall out with him.
My christmas wasent 2 bad,my m8 took me down 2 see my sister on boxing day,as she is the only memember of my family who keeps in touch with me,but im afraid 2 say she has got cancer,and ive been told she has got about only 8 months 2 live.
I dont want 2 come on here and argue with people,so im sorry 4 being so harsh 2 ward you.

apology accepted and i am glad you have sorted out your differences as it sounds like you have been friends for a long time and good friends are worth their weight in gold. I am sorry to hear about your sister. Does she live far from you? if you need to chat i will be here for you. I just lost my grampy to cancer.you probably didnt want to know that but i sort of understand what you are going through. What do you think about what happened to kev then?poor thing,sounds like he is having a hard time too.

Thanks 4 the offer of the chat,but i lost my dad in 1967 and my mum in 1970 who also died from cancer.
Yea kev and i have been m8s for a long time,and as you say good friends are their weight in gold.
No my sister dosent live near me she lives about 50 miles away,but i go down and see her when i can,and phone her every night,i also lost 2 brothers in the space of 5 days 6 years ago and a brother a year ago,i only see my other sister and 3 brothers at funerals then i dont hear from them at all,im not sure how it will affect me when the time comes that my sister is not here anymore,i just find it sad that the rest of my family dont keep intouch with me.
Well people who did that to kev are nothing but cowards,ive never liked violence,but i would defend my self if anyone started on me,but kev told me there was a gang of them.

Have you tried contacting any of your family? Do they know you would like to keep in touch with them? Do any of them go to see your sister at all?

I cant stand violence either but i am not a fighter. I think its very cowardly to fight as a pack and people like that arent usually so brave on their own.

They know where i live and have my phone numbers,and im the only brother who goes to see my sister,even my other sister dosent go and see her,and they all live local to her.
Well i am a fairly strong person,but my down fall is that im stubborn,and im afraid at times that gets me into arguments.
Im the type of guy who would help anyone out dosent matter if i dont know them,i also never class myself being better then anyone else.

That sounds terrible that they dont go to see her.Did you all have an argument or something or just gradually drift apart? What i meant is do you actually want to stay in touch with them because if you rang them and said you'd like to see them what do you think would happen?I mean i dont know much about your family background but you said yourself that you are stubborn.Too stubborn to make the first move maybe?maybe they think you dont want to see them? I dont really know much about you do i? How old are you and do you work?

No ive phoned them,but they never phone back,so ive just given up on them,there was no arguments at all we just drifted apart,ive done all i can and i feel that i cant do anymore.
Well i will suprise you now i am 56,and i cant work due to health reasons,as i get very bad migraine's,and when i get them i just shut myself away from the world,there are times i wonder why im still here,and why i have to put up with the suffering,but i have pets who i think the world of,have 2 gerbils,2 cockatiels and a dog and he is 13,and they all depend on me.
I always have thought this way that there are a lot of people who put up with much more suffering then me,dont get me wrong im a emotional sort of guy,and some things do upset me very easily.

Well theres nothing wrong with being sensitive is there? better than being callous anyday in my book.As for not working, i dont either cuz i have m.e so im quite limited these days to what i can do.It can get you down cant it being ill?

Hi Ruth,sorry 2 hear about your eldest child,looks as if you have your hands tied at times.
Yea im just as bad as the females is i watch all the soaps,mind you my best programe is Heartbeat when it is on,also like 2 watch anything 2 do with wildlife.
Its teaming down with rain down here and its windy,the old boy(the dog)wont go out 4 his walk,mind you i dont want 2 get soaked through.
