I have recently got my grandfathers Cyrils army records. It has lots of abbreviations on units?. He was at Catterick Camp Squad 378 then 4 AFS
E Div Sig. 1st EA Div Sig. 11th 9A) Div sig. 11th D. sig. 11() D.S.CHQ. DHS. STC. STCsomething B. x/8Alist. H.Q.S.C. It also has python on I think this means for posting troops home after 4 years service?.
