Beniton
Thanks for your comments, but really, all I had to do was stick the photos in my album and survive until now!

You have Ron the bones of an amazing book with the advantage of the photos to go with it. I feel you should contemplate this idea, starting at 'childhood memories'and work your way through to conscription and the war right up until today.
My initial interest would be 'what is your first ever childhood memory', and work from there. Some people believe that as we grow older our memory deteriates, which is wrong. A failing memory is often related to a person who has an illness. Actually as we grow older our memory is like a fine wine and becomes mature, better as we grow older. You Ron could tell me what happened some 60-70 years ago to the time and its date. You would however have to think hard though, on what you had for tea yesterday,'am i right'.
I would love to work with you as i feel i would bring the best out of you and bring things to the surface things you thought you had forgotten in your deepest memory. I would find that a priveledge. I have worked with some three hundred WW2 veterans and every memory has been a fantstic journey better than any television programme or book. Excellent stuff sir keep up the good work regards Beniton
