You can't give it your all if you're ill luv.. You need to take things easy with a chest infection... The more you rest the quicker you'll get better... And you can always catch up...

You could do, but take it easy luv... Then tell them you're taking time off to rest.. You may find the antibiotics make you drowsy anyway...
